Hi, I’m Aliza. I provide support to individuals and couples. My goal is to help you feel supported, manage any confusing or disturbing thoughts and feelings, support you to strengthen your existing relationships, and build your support network and confidence.
I have over a decade of providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, children, and families and have advanced training through Postpartum Support International.
I am also the mother of two young children. During my own journey into motherhood, I struggled to find the support that I was looking for as an expectant and new parent and that experience set me on a mission. I set up the practice that all new mothers deserve and I focus on supporting other women through the experience of motherhood.
